Matt Brown possesses a diverse background in human resources and language education. Currently serving as an HR/Payroll Product Manager at the Department for Work and Pensions, Matt manages the product lifecycle for key Oracle HCM modules. Previous roles include Workplace Transformation HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Justice UK, where Matt contributed to HR performance as a consultant and manager. Additionally, Matt has experience in e-commerce coordination and teaching English as a second language to diverse age groups. With a BA (Hons) in French with Spanish and Catalan from The University of Manchester, complemented by language training in Spanish, Matt is skilled in multilingual communication and customer service, highlighted by accolades for excellence in previous customer-facing positions.
