Andrew McGinley

Andrew McGinley is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and previously as Deputy General Counsel at the Florida Department of Children and Families since December 2019. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Corporate Counsel at Rural King Farm & Home Store from June 2019 to December 2019. Andrew's experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at International Wildlife Protection from September 2016 to December 2019 and as Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office from March 2017 to June 2019. Additional roles include Associate Attorney at Stange Law Firm, PC and legal internships at Nez Perce County Prosecutor's Office and the University of Idaho. Andrew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Idaho College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
