Donna Dewberry

Donna Dewberry is an experienced legal professional specializing in child welfare law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Children and Families since December 2022, Donna defends agency actions in administrative hearings and provides legal advice across various program areas. Prior roles include Supervising Attorney and Lead Attorney at the Department of Children and Families, managing prosecutorial responsibilities in dependency cases, and Managing Attorney for the Guardian Ad Litem Program, overseeing legal representation for abused and neglected children.
