Joann Humburg

Joann Humburg has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Department of Children and Families since 1999. Prior roles include Senior Attorney and Attorney Supervisor at the Public Defender's office from 1996 to 1999 and Assistant Public Defender at both Greenpeace from 1994 to 1996 and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Public Defender from 1990 to 1993. Joann Humburg holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and History from Florida State University. Educational background includes attendance at Bishop Kenny High School.
