Karen Donovan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management, particularly within the elder care sector. Currently serving as a CARES Assessor at the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, Karen assists in the long-term care assessment process to ensure the health, safety, and independence of Florida's elders.
