Kate Allanby

Kate Allanby serves as the General Manager at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in Western Australia since January 2019. With a diverse background in resource management, workforce optimization, and customer experience, Kate has held significant roles at organizations including Silver Chain Group as Resource Management Lead for Social Care and HBF Health as Workforce Optimisation Specialist. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Bankwest and Synergy, as well as consulting at Workforce Management Solutions. Kate's career in operations management began at Westpac, where responsibilities included overseeing the National Call Centre.
