Aaron Ng currently serves as an International Relations Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy, a position held since June 2019. In this role, Aaron manages cross-national teams across five national laboratories to facilitate clean energy transitions for remote communities. Prior to this, Aaron held a position as a Program Analyst within the Energy Resilience Division and as an ORISE Science, Technology, and Policy Fellow, where a multimillion-dollar energy planning platform was developed. Aaron's experience includes fellowships at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute and The Center for Climate and Security, as well as consultancy work at Swiss Re, where research focused on climate disaster impacts. Additional roles include working as a Harold W. Rosenthal Fellow with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and various positions in the United States Senate, including speechwriting and legislative correspondence. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Science from William & Mary.
