Ali Ramazani

Ali Ramazani is a seasoned professional in materials science and engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Program Manager and Technology Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy since February 2024. Throughout a distinguished career, Ramazani has held significant roles, including Research Affiliate and Research Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where expertise in machine learning, additive manufacturing, and material design for energy applications was demonstrated. Previous positions include Senior Professional Scientist at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and Computational Materials Scientist at the National Energy Technology Laboratory, where contributions spanned quantum sensors, high-performance semiconductors, and advanced material design for extreme environments.
