Asha-Dee Celestine serves as the Technology Manager for Hydrogen Infrastructure Technologies at the U.S. Department of Energy since July 2020, specializing in composite materials, polymers, and hydrogen storage tank technologies, including project management for hydrogen R&D across various sectors. Additional roles include postdoctoral research at Harvard University, analyzing composite behavior for oilfield applications, and experience as an Associate Scientist at Schlumberger. Asha-Dee earned a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University.
