Bill Frazier

Bill Frazier, PE, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Site Manager at the Office of Legacy Management for the U.S. Department of Energy since November 2016. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Project Manager/General Engineer at the Department of Veterans Affairs from March 2010 to November 2016, overseeing major projects at the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. Bill's earlier roles include Project Engineer for the City of Grand Junction, Project Engineer at Stoller Corporation, and Project Manager/Project Engineer with JF Sato & Associates, focusing on various infrastructure and land development projects. Bill's career began in the U.S. Department of the Interior as an Environmental Technician and also includes military service as a Machinist Mate in the United States Navy, where Bill served during the Persian Gulf War. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
