Erin Moore

Erin Moore has a significant work experience in the public sector. Erin served in various roles at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) from 2014 to the present, including Chief Human Capital Officer, Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer, Director of the Office of Corporate Executive Management, and Deputy Director of the Office of Executive Resources. Prior to joining the DOE, they worked at the United States Air Force from 2011 to 2013, where they served as the Deputy Director of the Senior Executive Management Office and the Sustainment Branch Chief of the same office. Before that, they worked at the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service from 2009 to 2011, holding the position of Performance Management Program Manager in the Civilian Senior Executive Management Office.

Erin Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University from 1999 to 2004. Erin further pursued their education at Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from 2006 to 2008.
