Rachel Gould is currently a Senior Project Finance Specialist at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at HASI, Coalition for Green Capital, Climate Real Impact Solutions (CRIS), Science Based Targets Network, Yale School of the Environment, and Ceres, Inc. With a background in environmental science and economics, Rachel has experience in renewable energy project finance, climate-focused investments, and sustainable capital markets.
