Rick Blaisdell, P.E., CCP, PMP, CFM, serves as a Senior Professional Engineer and Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy since December 2010, focusing on the National Laboratory Oversight Office's mission related to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and management of capital asset projects exceeding $100 million. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Division Chief/Program Director in the U.S. Air Force, overseeing a team for facility and infrastructure projects at multiple installations, as well as leading various engineering and inspection teams. Blaisdell also has experience managing significant reconstruction efforts in Iraq and holds advanced degrees in Engineering and Environmental Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
