Jesse Rose

Co-executive Director Water Resource Strategy at Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning

Jesse Rose has extensive experience in water resource management, currently serving as Co-Executive Director of Water Resource Strategy at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since April 2014. Previous roles include Director of Water Entitlements, Licensing and Modelling, Senior Manager of Grid Oversight and Market Reform, and Senior Policy Officer, highlighting expertise in intergovernmental urban water security initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as Concept Development Engineer at Coliban Water and Civil Engineer at Weltpure Environment, focusing on hydraulic modeling and infrastructure development. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Infrastructure and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies, both from RMIT University.
