Matt Vincent

Matt Vincent is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various government departments in Victoria, currently serving as CEO of Resources Victoria and as a member of the Risk and Audit Committee at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since September 2023. Previous positions include Executive Director of Planning and Building Reform at the Department of Transport and Planning, and multiple executive roles at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, where notable contributions include chairing the Development Facilitation Program Standing Advisory Committee. Matt has also held leadership positions at the Victorian Building Authority, the Victorian Public Sector Commission, and the Department of Premier and Cabinet, among others, while being actively involved in strategic, governance, and operational oversight across various sectors.
