Paulo Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and water policy. Currently serving as the Principal for the Victorian Murray Floodplain Restoration Project at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since April 2024, Paulo previously held the role of Principal Traditional Owner Water Program at Greater Western Water from April 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that, Paulo was the Principal Strategy Adviser for the Victorian Murray Floodplain Restoration Project at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, addressing key policy issues and operational readiness.
