Sebastian Quinn currently serves as the Director Export Development and Sector Strategy (Agriculture) at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sebastian held various positions at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, including Director of Emergency Animal Disease Preparedness and Principal Policy Manager for Export Development. Previously, Sebastian worked with the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources as an Assistant Director focused on the National Carp Control Plan and Biosecurity Policy. Additional experience includes a legal background as a Solicitor at Galbally & O'Bryan and serving as an Australian Youth Ambassador for Development at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Melbourne, and graduate diplomas in Public Administration and Legal Practice.
