Sharyn Matthews

Sharyn Matthews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and community engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and System and Change Lead at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning since September 2019, Sharyn has successfully implemented the first centralized Stakeholder Relationship Management System and a culture change management model. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Community Engagement, where Sharyn led efforts to address community engagement audits related to emergency management reform, and positions at WorkSafe Victoria and Kangan Institute, focusing on stakeholder capability and business optimization respectively. Sharyn is also an author of "The Game Changer" with a background in educational institutions such as Deakin University and La Trobe University. Sharyn holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from RMIT University, earned between 2018 and 2022.
