Rocco de Castro

Rocco de Castro has accumulated diverse experience in finance and economic development, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as an Executive Assistant to the Undersecretary for Privatization and Corporate Affairs at the Department of Finance since September 2022. Prior roles include Investment Programming Intern at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) during two separate stints in 2020 and 2021, and a Fiscal Economics Research Intern at the Department of Finance in 2019. Rocco's early professional experience includes an Equity Research Internship at Philippine Commercial Capital, Inc. in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Economics and Development Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, complemented by an exchange program at Sciences Po focusing on Economics, Development, and Public Policy.
