Chandra Kishore

Chandra Kishore is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in technology and telecom categories, currently serving as the Technology and Telecom Procurement Cluster Lead at the Department of Government Enablement since May 2024, managing an annual spend of over USD 500 million. Prior to this role, Chandra held the position of Technology Procurement Lead at Riyadh Air, where responsibilities included developing a technology sourcing model to support the airline's digital transformation. Previous experience includes serving as AVP and Sourcing Category Lead at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where Chandra managed a spend of USD 300 million, and roles at Etihad Airways, including Technology Contracts Manager, overseeing significant technology contracts and vendor relationships. Education includes a Diploma from CIPS and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
