Esam al Ali

Esam Al Ali is currently the Director of Digital Platforms Operations at the Department of Government Enablement, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Esam served at the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority from March 2019 to February 2024, where roles included Acting Manager of Government Relations Management and Section Head of Partnerships. Esam's career also includes significant experience at the Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre, spanning various key roles from 2010 to 2019, encompassing Government Relations Planning Specialist and Entity Liaison Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Engineer at DEWA from April 2008 to January 2011, contributing to multiple stakeholder projects. Esam holds a Professional Diploma in Smart Government Consulting from Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University, a Completion Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development, and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from United Arab Emirates University.
