Faizal Mulakkal

Faizal Mulakkal has a strong background in DevOps and infrastructure management. Faizal is currently serving as the Lead DevOps and Infrastructure at the Department of Government Enablement since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior DevOps engineer at Digital14 from 2018 to 2022. Faizal also has experience as a DevOps Engineer at icflix from 2016 to 2018. Faizal's career began as a Software Engineer at Sony India Software Center Pvt Ltd in 2012, where they gained expertise in managing and hosting apps in cloud computing environments. In 2015, they joined Samsung R&D Institute India as a DevOps Engineer, where they set up and automated environments using CI/CD tools.

Faizal Mulakkal attended MES School Kuttippuram from 1995 to 2007, where they pursued Plus two with a focus on Maths. Faizal then enrolled in Mohammed Sathak Engineering College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.E.). In terms of additional certifications, Faizal obtained the ITIL v3 Certified Professional certification in 2013 and is currently pursuing the Ethical Hacking From Scratch certification from Udemy, which is expected to be obtained in 2022.
