Tom Bartridge is a seasoned HR professional and educator currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the Chairman's Office for Change Management & Leadership Development at the Department of Government Enablement since July 2023. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations, Tom has demonstrated expertise in strategic change initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement. Prior positions include Director of HR at the City of Spokane, HR Advisor at ADNOC Group, and Executive Director of Human Resources at Eagle Hills. Additionally, Tom has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University and served on the Advisory Board of the Women's Healing & Empowerment Network. Tom holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Vocational Education, Training & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
