Claire Crowley

Claire Crowley has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Claire most recently served as the Director of Marketing at the Victorian Department of Health. Prior to that, they held several positions at Victoria University, including Executive Director of Marketing and Director of Brand & Marketing. Claire also worked at Australia Post as the Head of eCommerce Marketing & Partnerships and Senior Marketing Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Open Universities Australia as the B2B Marketing Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager. Claire began their career at EnergyAustralia as a Marketing Projects Manager.

Claire Crowley has completed the Business Strategy program at Harvard Business School Online. Claire also participated in the Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) Advanced Leadership Program in 2021. Furthermore, Claire holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Claire is currently pursuing a Master of Business Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Claire has completed the Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ and the Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy program from RMIT University in 2020.
