Emily Stirzaker

Emily Stirzaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health policy and management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Funding Reform Design and Implementation at the Victorian Department of Health since August 2021, Emily has also held the position of Manager for Operational Policy & Investment Strategy during the COVID-19 response. Prior experience includes a consultant role in Emergency Management & Crisis Communications at NYC Health + Hospitals, as well as a Research Coordinator at Rutgers University. Emily's earlier career includes significant roles as a Senior Economist at Deloitte Asia Pacific and as a Policy Analyst at the Commonwealth Treasury. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and dual degrees in Arts and Economics from The Australian National University, along with an exchange program in Development Studies & Political Science at Maastricht University.
