Esther Warren Cpeng

Esther Warren CPEng is a highly experienced professional in the engineering and project management sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Health System and Asset Planning at the Victorian Department of Health since February 2024. Prior to this role, Esther held several key positions at the Department of Transport and Planning, including Executive Director and Director of strategic projects related to Melbourne Airport Rail and Suburban Rail Loop, from September 2018 to February 2024. Esther's career includes significant roles as a Senior Project Manager at Level Crossing Removal Authority and Metro Trains Melbourne, as well as project engineering positions at John Holland and Fulton Hogan.
