Janice Raux

Janice Raux has extensive experience in policy and strategic roles within the public health sector, currently serving as Acting Manager Policy & Strategy Aboriginal Health and previously holding positions such as Principal Policy Adviser and Senior Policy Advisor at the Victorian Department of Health since September 2017. Prior roles include acting as a Senior Project Officer at the Department of Health and Human Services for a brief period in 2017, and Project Officer at Moonee Valley City Council from 2015 to 2017. Raux has also held leadership positions in strategic planning across various councils, including City of Casey and Rural Councils Victoria. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management and Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Melbourne and Monash University, respectively.
