Martha Schoch

Martha Schoch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and organizational performance. Currently serving as Manager of Business Insights & Analysis and Manager of Performance and Reporting at the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing since February 2021, Martha also holds the position of Manager of Performance and Measurement at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, where responsibilities include overseeing the Improvement and Innovation Branch. Previous roles include Project Lead at the Victorian Agency for Health Information, Program Manager and Project Manager at AGPAL and QIP, and a project management role at the University of Queensland focused on a tri-state health intervention for families of children with disabilities. Martha holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate of Change Management, supplemented by an Agile Certified Practitioner credential.
