Natalie Butler is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in media and events management. Currently serving as a Senior Events Advisor at the Victorian Department of Health since September 2022, Natalie's previous roles include Senior Media Advisor at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria, and Media Advisor at Victoria Police. Natalie's journalism career began with positions at various publications, including Leader Community Newspapers, Alexandra Newspapers, and Newspaper House, where responsibilities encompassed writing, photography, and layout design. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media from La Trobe University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
