Pam Anders

Deputy Secretary

Pam Anders has extensive experience in leadership roles within the health and public sectors, currently serving as Acting Deputy Secretary for Mental Health and Wellbeing and Senior Executive Director of Mental Health and Wellbeing Transformation at the Victorian Department of Health since July 2021. Prior to this, Pam was Chief Executive Officer of Mental Health Reform Victoria and spent six years at Oxfam Australia as Director of Public Engagement, overseeing key areas including fundraising and advocacy. Additional experience includes Non-Executive Director at Central Highlands Water, Director of WorkHealth at WorkSafe Victoria, and various roles in the Victorian Government, including Chief of Staff in the Office of the Treasurer. Pam holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Company Directors Course accreditation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
