Chris Vestal, PhD, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Development Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where responsibilities include supporting the Leadership Development Division and leading the development of leadership programming for approximately 2,700 employees.
