Chris Vestal

Chris Vestal, PhD, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Development Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where responsibilities include supporting the Leadership Development Division and leading the development of leadership programming for approximately 2,700 employees. Chris is also a Career Coach at Thrivepaths. Previous roles include Manager of Performance Management, Learning, and Development at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, where Chris implemented a new performance management system; Senior Change Management Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, conducting organizational assessments for the FDA; and Senior Organizational Change Management and Training Consultant at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Master's in Management of Digital Information from Drexel University.
