David Pray currently serves as a Senior Community Planning and Development Representative at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a position held since February 2020. In this role, David oversees the administration and management of Community Planning and Development entitlement and competitive grant programs, ensuring compliance with laws and effective program performance. Prior experience includes a role as a Community Planning and Development Representative with the Peace Corps from September 2016 to March 2019, where David taught English and Technology to high school students and improved their academic outcomes. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota (2012-2016) and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at DePaul University, expected to graduate in June 2026.
