Rachel Karp is an accomplished Senior Management Information Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since November 2015, where responsibilities include recruiting and managing a team, mapping processes, and developing Power Apps tools with Integrated Power BI dashboards to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Rachel held various analytical roles within HUD, including Program Analyst and Risk Analyst, focusing on process improvements and risk management strategies.
