Shantelle Dale

Shantelle Dale, MBA, currently serves as the Director of the Operations Division in the Office of Disaster Recovery at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this role, Shantelle was a Policy Specialist in the Home Mortgage Insurance Division and worked at USDA Rural Development as a Management Program Analyst from December 2008 to September 2018. Shantelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Howard University between 1998 and 2002, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Strayer University in 2011.
