Tarrazzia (StClair) Martin possesses extensive experience in technology planning and management within government agencies. As a Senior Advisor in Enterprise Technology Planning and Change Management at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tarrazzia has also served as an Information Technology Program Manager for HUDNet. With leadership roles including Executive Director at USNIA Global Law Enforcement and Investigation Services and Senior Executive and Strategic Advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tarrazzia has significantly contributed to information sharing policies, serving as Director at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence - PM-ISE.
