Victoria M. Vann

Victoria M. Vann, MSC serves as a Neighborhood & Community Investment Specialist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since April 2019, focusing on regulatory compliance for public housing repositioning. Vann has an extensive background in real estate investment management with previous roles, including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at HUD, where a multi-billion-dollar portfolio was directed. As the founder of the Eugene Baker-Joy Vann Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Vann established a charitable organization aimed at community development and academic support. Additional experience includes positions at Nan McKay and Associates, Illinois Housing Development Authority, Chicago Public Schools, Living Art, NFP, and the Chicago Housing Authority. Education includes a Master of Science in Communication and Cross Enterprise Leadership from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, and various certifications in project management and ministry.
