Jerome Naron is an accomplished network professional with extensive experience in information and communications technology. Currently serving as CMT II and Network Team Lead at the Department of Information and Communications Technology in the Philippines since September 2021, Jerome oversees the internal network for both the central and regional offices. Prior experience includes a role as an L2 Technical Support Engineer at Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc., where responsibilities involved after sales support and technical troubleshooting, as well as significant hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and VMware technologies. Jerome previously held roles as Engineer II and Engineer I at the Department of Information and Communications Technology, contributing to initiatives for centralized network management and maintaining critical network documentation, infrastructure, and security protocols.
