Joshua Eleazar Domen is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as Information Technology Officer II at the Department of Information and Communications Technology in the Philippines since December 2018. In this role, Joshua coordinates the digitalPH/e-Innovation program, promoting digital innovation in the countryside.
