Lucy Kirwan-Ward

Lucy Kirwan-Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and program management within the public sector. Currently serving as the Director of Ministerial Missions & Delegations at the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation since September 2023, Lucy previously held various senior roles at the Department of Health, including Senior Program Coordinator for Major Health Projects and Manager of Integrated Communications during the Covid-19 response. Lucy's background also includes leadership positions at Fiona Stanley Hospital and AusAID, where responsibilities ranged from communications management to international health advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Relations focused on International Aid and Politics from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and Journalism from Edith Cowan University.
