Tamika Duppins

Tamika Duppins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program analysis, human services, and social needs management. Currently serving as a Program Analyst at the Department of Justice since October 2024, Tamika previously held the role of Director of Complex Care and Social Needs at HealthCare Access Maryland from November 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes multiple positions at The Coordinating Center, encompassing roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Program Manager, Team Manager, and Service Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing quality improvement initiatives and providing person-centered service coordination. Tamika also operated Cakes by Kakes, LLC from July 2013 to January 2022 and has engaged in various internships and roles within organizations focused on behavioral health and community services.
