Deborah Boutilier

Deborah (Debbie) Boutilier began their work experience in 1986 as a Conference Technician at Mount Saint Vincent University, where they worked until 1988. Deborah (Debbie) then transitioned to the role of Litigation Paralegal at BOYNECLARKE LLP in 1989, where they remained until 2001. In 2001, Deborah joined Justice Canada as a Manager - Team Lead East / National Litigation Support Services.

Deborah (Debbie) Boutilier attended Charles P. Allen High School from 1983 to 1986. Deborah (Debbie) then pursued a Paralegal Technology Co-op program at Cape Breton University from 1988 to 1991.
