Jason Harrington is a Senior Counsel in the Constitutional, Administrative and International Law Section at the Department of Justice Canada since July 2012. Prior to this role, Jason served as Legal Counsel at the Federal Court of Appeal from August 2011 to July 2012, where Jason also worked as a Law Clerk to the Honourable Madam Justice Layden-Stevenson. Jason's academic credentials include a B.C.L. with distinction from the University of Oxford, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with distinction from the University of New Brunswick, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with distinction from Carleton University.
