Noah Fang

Noah Fang is an experienced professional in business transformation, UX design, and service design, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Department of Justice Canada since October 2022. With a background as an author, Noah has published works on enterprise transformation and prescriptive analytics. Previous roles include Designer at Transport Canada and Service Designer at Wingd, where Noah applied strategic design thinking to enhance business success. Noah's career also encompasses leadership in UX and experience design at Manulife Financial, as well as roles in user experience management and product development in various tech companies. A skilled translator, Noah has contributed significantly to the Chinese IT community by translating influential design literature. Noah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University of Technology and completed coursework at Sheridan College.
