Alana Neal has extensive experience in corrections and recruitment, currently serving as the A/Assistant Superintendent Women's Services at the Department of Justice since October 2019, following roles as Senior Officer and Unit Manager at Melaleuca Women's Prison. Previously, Alana held various positions at Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison, including A/Assistant Superintendent Operations, Senior Officer Security, and Prison Officer.
