Henry Espinosa

Henry Espinosa has been the Director of Information Technology at Miami Parking Authority since April 2013. Prior to that, Henry held the same position at City of Pembroke Pines Charter Schools from January 1998 to April 2013. Henry has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Henry has a proven track record of developing strategic technology plans and overseeing technology resources to support organizational goals.
