Richard Neville, MD FAAEM, currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Education at Lifestyle Health Sciences, University of North Texas Health Science Center. With extensive experience in emergency medicine, Richard is also the Group CFO of TEXACARE URGENT CARE, co-owner of iCare Emergency Room and Urgent Care, and an Administrator and co-founder of Arlington Emergency Medicine Associates, P.A. Richard holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and is pursuing an MBA/PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Texas Christian University. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Psychology, a residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a certificate in Business Data Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education.

The Department of Personalized Health and Well-Being at The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth brings together an interprofessional team to develop innovative, educational programs and research endeavors that focus on merging evidence-based lifestyle medicine with National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC) coaching competencies. Our graduates will have foundational knowledge and skills that will prepare them to empower others to mobilize internal strengths and external resources in order to achieve true self-care reform. Our program is a one-year master’s degree with 15 online courses, 5 Saturday all virtual workshops, and 36 credit hours.
