Bruce Rogers is an English Language Specialist at the U.S. Department of State since February 2023, with extensive experience in language instruction and educational leadership. Rogers has been a part-time Test Prep Instructor at Spring International Language Center since January 2011, focusing on GRE and GMAT preparation.
