Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams, PhD, serves as an Environment, Science, Technology, and Health Officer for the U.S. Department of State, bringing extensive research and academic experience to the position. Dr. Williams earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in June 2023, following a Master of Philosophy in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge in 2016. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, Research Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley, and Lecturer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
