Catherine Feingold is a seasoned expert in international labor relations and foreign affairs, currently serving on the Foreign Affairs Policy Board at the U.S. Department of State since September 2022. As a member of the Independent Mexico Labor Expert Board since June 2020, Catherine also holds the position of Deputy President at the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) since December 2018 and has directed the International Department at AFL-CIO since June 2010. Prior experience includes serving as Country Director for the Dominican Republic and Haiti at the American Center for International Labor Solidarity from November 2007 to June 2010 and as a Program Assistant at the Ford Foundation between 1998 and 2000. Catherine Feingold holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, completed in 1998.
