Connie Tzioumis

Connie Tzioumis serves as the Director of Partnerships and previously as a Senior Advisor in the Office of Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State since October 2012. Prior experience includes leadership roles as the Director of the Labor and Human Rights Group at OPIC from December 2002 to September 2014, a Program Officer at the Phelps Stokes Fund from 1999 to 2000, and a Consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton from 1998 to 1999. Connie Tzioumis holds a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and is currently pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2024.
